The clock is exactly as I ordered and I'm happy to say that the ticking sound is only audible if you stand up close and listen for it. I ordered several things at the same time from other companies, and all of them arrived within three days. Most of them arrived the next day even although I live in a remote location. A week after ordering I phoned about the delay and was told that the company didn't actually have the clock in stock and was ordering it from elsewhere. When I complained I was told that the advert said "available to order". I had taken this to mean that stock was available but apparently it just means that the company will order it and you are at their mercy as to when it arrives. Be aware of this when ordering.

This is such a beautiful clock and looks really excellent on the wall, every one that visits find it really attractive. So glad I bought it.
My clock arrived with all the glass broken and the hands not working. The company agreed a refund which arrived in a few days. I can't fault the service.
