I'm sure this must be just unfortunate and I couldn't be bothered to have it replaced. I'm just being honest-honest John ;-0)
As it came without a battery, obviously, inserted new one and after 4 or 5 days it was not registering the correct time. I have not got around to contacting TicTocClocks but will be now as this has triggered me. JC 82
