The picture for this clock shows it as fixed to the bracket so it will not twist in the wind; which is what I was specifically looking for. In fact it hangs on a hook so it can and does swivel in the wind. Have had to do a bit of DIY on it to stop it moving. When the clock arrives the picture on the box (showing it hooks on) is quite different to the one on the web page. Ticktockclocks need to update their picture and description. Did not send back as did not want to pay postage again.
