Extended Christmas Returns Policy

To make the Christmas period a little easier for you, we are extending our 14 day returns policy. You will now have until Monday 5th January 2015 to return unwanted goods for either exchange or refund.

Simply notify us by e-mail via returns@weather-station-products.co.uk before 5th January 2015, and by return we will send you a returns number along with details of how to return the item.

14 Days to decide

We want you to be delighted with your clock so we are very happy to offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

All we ask is that goods are returned unused in the original packaging and that you have taken reasonable care.

Exclusions from the 14 days return policy. For special orders i.e. items not normally stocked by us and for bulk orders we will not accept returns. If you are ordering in bulk we would ask that you please order a sample to make sure you are happy with the item.

After 14 days

We do really want you to be happy and if for some reason you decide you are unhappy with your clock after this 14 day period you may still be able to return the item and receive a credit note, this is done on a case by case basis.

Please contact us and we will do all we can to help. A restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened, items that have been used will not be credited. Any credit notes issued must be used within 45 days of issue.

The boring bit

Items being returned must have all their original packaging, along with all accessories received with it, any sealed items must still be sealed and unused. We will refund the cost of your purchase including the delivery charge. However we will not refund the cost of returning any items that are unwanted and if you request a collection this will be deducted from your refund.

We are sorry to say that items retuned in a used condition or missing packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

To notify us that you wish to return your goods please contact us by Clicking here. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including a returns number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging

Next day delivery

At the checkout we offer next day delivery options 24hr, 9am and 10am services. we also offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery option.

You can order an next day service up to 3pm. Please note we do offer a Saturday delivery option if ordering on a Friday. If you do not select this then your order will arrive the following Monday.

Please note some UK outlying regions may not be delivered next working day as laid out in the terms and conditions of the delivery companies. In these instances they will expedite your delivery to the fastest service available.

Charges for delivery are based on weight, which is automatically calculated when you use the checkout. Prices start at £1.75.
